Digital skills acquisition: Further research
I am doing further research as I have had to change and morph my character a number of times so that the 3D model appears with realistic and with realistic proportions so I have had to look at various types of artists and their perceptions of female bodies and shapes and try to morph my character into something more realistic and with a semi-realistic body proportions.

Natasha Allergi
Natasha Allergi is known for her collaboration with Pendleton ward for creating the mini-series of Fiona and Cake, the initial creation of this mini-series began when Natasha Allergi created a comic series about the gender bend character and her gender bend accomplices. The design for Fiona is what interested me the most as my character is female and I want to study the female body drawn in different styles and I really find the design of Fiona appealing as her body is still quite still slim while her things are quite thick.

Another one of Natasha Allergi’s work is also inspirational to a comic and mini-episode series called Bee and Puppycat, it is a magical girl animation revolving around Bee and outgoing and lovable character and a sadistic half cat and half dog. What I really find amazing about Bees design is that she is not a typical skinny character but quite plump and a natural weight.

Pendleton Ward
Within Pendleton Wards creation Adventure time there are some feminine characters within the series that I can use as female body reference, for example there are the characters Marceline and also princess bubble-gum, they both are design with very nice petit body shapes and also the vibrant and dark colours compliment both Marceline and also Princess Bubble-gum.

Andrea Wan
Andrea wan is quite well known for her designs with women as some of them are quite odd and surreal, I find the illustrations of women she has drawn to be rather unique not only because there is roundness of the body and also facial features.

Mab Graves
Mab graves is another artist who uses a surreal and odd style but quite appealing at the same time, she usually designs most of her character with rather slim and thin bodies but with big heads and bulging eyes with complimenting colours.
