All 8 Modules Reflection and Evaluation (Part 1):

Module 1:

As this Module basically introduced us to the course I remember feeling excited and happy for what was to come for the next 2 years I found it extremely exciting and with this module it all began, throughout this module we were introduced to animation techniques and the laws and principles of animation, as I was a newbie to animation I decided to go down the traditional animation route, it was fun and extremely hard, as this animation was based on a loop and based around childhood I based mine around comfort blankets and children's needs for a form of comfort. My animation depicted the story of a young girl sleeping and her doll is alive a simple and generic plot for an animation. As time went on I found it extremely difficult with traditional animation but I still decided to continue through with the format of animation style by the end the finished product was over 100 frames. Most of the work that I produced could of been to a better standard and I feel like I put more effort into the animation production than the actual plan for the animation and research along with it.

Module 2:

Module 2 was basically a module based around animation production and how to plan for generic plots of an animation, and how to plan the animations actually production, whether it will be digital or traditional and then the process of creating animatic to view how the animation could potentially look. Overall I did not do so well within this module as I had hope with various things going on in my personal life made it very difficult for me to work and focus on this module  however I believe that through the constructive criticism I will be able to improve on my skill.

Module 3:

Within this module this was the actual creation of our animation plans, my main plot for this animation was about a young girl listening to a sea shell however the plot twist is that there is a party within the shell. during the process of this animation I used cinema 4D to set up the stage for my animation I created various scenes and then used adobe premiere to place each of the scenes together. During the course of this module I found that I gained a lot more experience with creating animations as I found that creating animations in this software were actually quite easy once I had gotten used to it. I believe I focus majorly on the creation of the animation so things such as production and research were not thoroughly done as they should of been, I believe if I were to do this module again I would balance my time accordingly and work in a productive time schedule.

Module 4:

Within this module the module mainly focused around illustrative skills and creation, there were various tasks within this module for example we focused on descriptions and depicting various characters from these description. we all create various different characters who were all fitted descriptions of animals such as pigeons or apes etc. also within this module we learnt life drawing skills and used a variety of materials to draw these realistic life poses. Throughout this module I found myself to be gradually getting better at illustrating and learning realistic values of drawing real life, I feel like with more practice I will be able to draw more accurately.
